As part of a high-growth tech company, I was tasked with building out the infrastructure for all training initiatives across the organization. I developed a training organization focused on blended learning, employing digital learning, facilitated in-person courses, expanded knowledge resources, and on-the-job training support. Additionally, I designed the online lesson format, created lesson content for technical, business development, customer service and compliance needs and led a team of learning experience designers, facilitators, and knowledge managers.

As part of a team overseeing customer service operations, I was responsible for developing an onboarding program designed to ramp up call center activity on a quarterly cadence. Through a blended learning approach, utilizing digital lessons in tandem with instructor-facilitated classes, I developed a program to onboard a high-volume of new employees in a five-day window. In this role, I was responsible for the design and production of all lessons and lesson content, all LMS administration, and realtime monitoring of learner performance.
